This two-story condo features 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, and is located at the Val D’Isere complex, which is walking distance to The Village, on the Winter shuttle route and conveniently accessible from the ski back trail. Regardless of which season you are visiting Mammoth, this is the perfect vacation home option. Guests will find themselves less than a 5-minute walk away from the Gondola and only a short car ride away from the Sierra Star Golf Course, shopping, and additional dining options. Whether your visit involves skiing down the mountains, playing a game of golf, or just relaxing in the Val D’Isere pool and hot tub area, you are sure to have a memorable visit.
The condo features a spacious open floor plan seamlessly connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating gathered around a custom rock, wood-burning fireplace and flat screen Smart TV, WiFi and a DVD player. An extensive collection of DVD’s are provided for family entertainment. The living room has a pull out sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. Across from the living room is the dining area set with seating for 6 for everyone to gather over a home cooked meal. The fully stocked kitchen offers all you should need to prepare meals. The unit also offers a private washer / dryer giving you all the comforts of home. On the upper level of the condo, the first bedroom features a Queen bed with TV and access to the en-suite full bath with tub/shower combo. The lower level downstairs offers the additional two bedrooms and a full bath. The second bedroom offers a Queen with flat screen TV, and the third bunk room offers a Full over Queen bunk bed and TV. The full shared bath on this level has a separate vanity area and tub/shower combo. The private laundry is located on the lower level. As an added bonus you can bring Fido along as this unit does allow 1 pet and is pet friendly!
PLEASE NOTE: The complex community amenities are currently under construction and unavailable for access, with no estimated time of re-opening. This includes the pool, hot tub, common area laundry facilities and recreation room. During summer months there will be active construction activity in this area, which may cause some noise disruption and vehicle activity. We apologize for any inconvenience. No refunds will be provided for facilities or amenities not available. But remember - all guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit sleeps a maximum of 8. Guests will be provided two parking passes for the outdoor parking.
