This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the 16th fairway of Sierra Star Golf course. This mountain modern home features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile flooring, solid wood doors, trim and blinds. The gas log fireplace provides ambiance as well as warmth on cold winter days. This condo has all of its features on one level - no stairs! The master bedroom features a Queen bed with en-suite full bathroom complete with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two Twin beds and access to the second full bathroom right outside the door. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. A private washer and dryer make this feel just like home. The heated underground garage is easily accessible by elevator. AMAZING LOCATION - steps to the common area spa, directly across the street from the Sierra Star Golf Course club house. Walk to the end of the street for the free shuttle to town, the Village or Mammoth Mountain. Eagle Lodge is a 5 minute (.3 mile) ride up the street with access to the entire Mammoth ski area. Groceries, restaurants, movie theaters, shops are all within a mile. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit also offers a washer/dryer, secure heated underground garage parking (garage clearance is 7’ 6") and has WiFi internet access. No pets and no smoking allowed. The complex is located less than a block from the green line shuttle stop and has a community Jacuzzi. Guests will be provided two parking passes.
