This beautifully furnished home is set in the prestigious neighborhood of Dry Creek Ranch - A Farm to Table Community located only 20 minutes to Boise’s bustling downtown, 5 minutes to the quaint town of Eagle, and 20 minutes to Meridians Village Shopping area.
Idaho is all about the outdoors and this home is in close proximity to ALL the offerings! Enjoy the safe and peaceful community while taking a stroll through the public walking trails or taking the kids to the neighborhood parks. Drive 5 minutes to miles of foothill hiking trails. Drive less than 5 minutes to Shadow Valley Golf Course. Drive 50 minutes to Bogus Basin - a year round destination for skiing and snowboarding, cross country skiing, snow tubing, mountain biking, hiking, or take a ride on Idaho’s only mountain coaster. Drive 40 minutes to Banks, ID and whitewater raft down the Payette River.
