This gorgeously renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath home is a family’s dream come true for vacation! When you pull into the covered carport, let yourself in to this cozy cottage. The living room has games, a smart TV and comfortable seating. There is a gas fireplace to make your winter stay as comfortable as possible! The open floor plan allows you to cook in the kitchen and overlook the living room and through a window looking out at the pool area. If you have young children, you can relax, knowing there is an alarm at the house and chimes that go off if a door is opened to the pool area. There are plenty of board games, books, and children’s toys for hours of fun indoors! There is a pack-n-play and highchair available as well.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
