Finca La Fuente del Pedregal is a complex of four apartments located in the natural setting of Barranco Blanco.
Ideal to unwind as a family or as a couple, you will have the option of renting a single apartment or as many places as you need, without exceeding the occupancy limit of the complex.
The outdoor spaces are communal, and with some rules, you should consult your check-in staff about how to organize yourself for the use of the gazebo and the sports court. Always have respect for the rest of the users in the use of the facilities.
Getting to the complex is easy and comfortable, there is only a small stretch of unpaved road of 2 kilometers, of compact and safe land. You should keep in mind that you are traveling to a natural area, if you travel this stretch of road at night, it has no lighting.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Additional cleaning service during your stay: 45 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 10.
- Change of sheets and towels during the stay: 40 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 10.
- Arrival out of schedule: 60 EUR per booking.
