You can take long walks along the Coastal Path, enjoy the beaches, beach bars and local businesses that are close to the urbanization. With well-kept facilities, beautiful gardens and a swimming pool with sea views where you can enjoy the days with the highest waves (the opening dates of the pool may vary depending on the community).

Although travelers are offered a remote control to access the car park, you have to be informed that this accommodation is not sold with parking nor is there the possibility of reserving said parking space. The space allocated in the community to park within it is limited and no parking is assigned to the accommodation available there. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
