This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo features a balcony, shared pool and a perfect location – literally just steps from the beach!
The Primary suite features a Queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a Bunk bed with a Queen on the bottom and a Full on top and a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Living room features a Sleeper sofa. The unit sleeps a total of 6-7 guests total.
Living room has a large sectional Sleeper Sofa, huge flat screen TV and access to the private balcony - perfect for morning coffee and happy hour cocktails.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
