The apartment IMMER is located in a beautiful old building, on the 1st floor (with elevator) and view on the rue des clefs and the Jeanne d’Arc square. (1 rue des clefs)
Four bedrooms recently renovated, with lots of charm, 2 bathrooms (one with a bath and the other with shower + 1 wc), a second separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, induction hob, microwave oven, Nespresso compatible coffee machine ...), flat screen TV with cable and private wifi internet access to the apartment.
We can provide you with baby cots, but draw your attention to the fact that the fire safety regulations limit the maximum capacity of the duplex to a total of 15 people (babies included). This apartment is equipped with a bunk bed. Sleeping in height is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
