SPECIAL OFFERS: SUNDAY FOR FREE Available 1/5/23 -  31/10/23 (Excludes public holiday weekends and school holidays) Book & pay 2 nights and send us a message to advise which additional night you would like to add for FREE.  Subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. we love this because... when we enter the driveway and close the gates behind us, we feel like we have escaped to the country. in fact the gardens were originally developed many years ago by the Italian family owners, who planted all the fruit trees and today the large garden with canopied Sweet Almond tree and fire pit location is perfect for hot sunny days in the shade or cold winter nights under the stars, toasting marshmallows on the fire. we live on The Verandah as that Italian family would have done years ago.  Now there is a cosy lounge, festoon lighting and large dining bench for sharing lovely meals and enjoying life with family and friends. So nothing much has changed. We love the cottage feel inside with its log fire and open plan living space with bedrooms and bathrooms on either side. The kids run to the seperate the games room in the studio where they can hang out with friends away from the adults. Our favourite spot on a sunny day is swinging in the hammock in the orchard with a great holiday read and possibly a glass of bubbly. When we are feeling energetic we head to the Blairgowrie Cafe only a 30-minute walk or we settle ourselves on the beach and swim in the shallow waters watching the yachts bob up and down. At night we either head into Sorrento for a choice of restaurants or keep it local in Blairgowrie at the wonderful Panda for dinner and drinks. PAWfect What fun! a new house to visit that lets four-legged friends like me sleep inside. Yay! a beautiful secure garden with fences to keep me safe.  There is lots of shade for me to sleep under in the summer and a perfect verandah for anytime to keep me out of the weather. I LOVE THIS PLACE.
