Modern and spacious, this house is set over 3 floors and sleeps 5 people in the leafy and friendly Clapham neighbourhood. LIVING ROOM Enter the house directly into the spacious and stylish living room, featuring a sofa, armchairs and a pouf table facing the TV and fireplace. The room is animated by colourful pieces of furniture and natural light coming through the bay window. On the other side of the room is a dining area, featuring a table which sits 6-8 people next to the fireplace. KITCHEN The kitchen is located next to the living room and offers all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay, such as gas hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and a coffee machine. FIRST BEDROOM This bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a single bed, a bedside cabinet, chests of drawers and a wardrobe. The window looks over the garden. SECOND BEDROOM This room is also located on the first floor and features a double bed, a fireplace, a TV, wardrobes and an armchair. SHARED BATHROOM On the first floor is a spacious bathroom featuring a double wash basin, a walk-in shower, a bath tub and a WC. THIRD BEDROOM Located on the second floor, this charming bedroom boasts a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, a WC and a single wash basin. The room features a fitted wardrobe, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a chair. GARDEN The spacious private garden can be accessed down a flight of stairs from the kitchen level and features a table and chairs, perfect for meals al fresco. Home truths: No smoking, pets or parties! Please note, this home is set over 3 floors and there is no lift in the property. A temporary bed ( single airbed) can be placed in the living room to sleep a 6th guest. Please be aware, a dog is one of the family members who usually lives here. Although they won’t be present during your stay and every property is cleaned to a Property Manager standard, this home may not be suitable for those who suffer from allergies.
