The are only a small handful of standalone holiday homes located literally within a stones throw of the main street and Lorne beach. Luana is one of these. The location cannot be overstated. With laneway access, a return trip for a dip in the ocean can be achieved in minutes. Set yourself up on the beach for the day and revel in the ability to duck home for a snack, drink or the sun screen you forgot.

Dream location aside, Luana is full of surprises. Somewhat basic and maybe a bit underwhelming from the outside, the inside is far from. It’s 80s funk mixed in with modern upgrades in all the right places. Open plan living upstairs is stylish with lounge, dining, kitchen and chilling zones rotating their way around a classic spiral staircase. Flanked by the master bedroom and bathroom, the entire top level enjoys Ocean, Pier and main street views creating a backdrop that is constantly luring...

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
