Welcome to Luana
The are only a small handful of standalone holiday homes located literally within a stones throw of the main street and Lorne beach. Luana is one of these. The location cannot be overstated. With laneway access, a return trip for a dip in the ocean can be achieved in minutes. Set yourself up on the beach for the day and revel in the ability to duck home for a snack, drink or the sun screen you forgot.
Dream location aside, Luana is full of surprises. Somewhat basic and maybe a bit underwhelming from the outside, the inside is far from. It’s 80s funk mixed in with modern upgrades in all the right places. Open plan living upstairs is stylish with lounge, dining, kitchen and chilling zones rotating their way around a classic spiral staircase. Flanked by the master bedroom and bathroom, the entire top level enjoys Ocean, Pier and main street views creating a backdrop that is constantly luring you back into the action day and night.
Downstairs is fun. Fun for the extra living space, comfy couches, TV and epic old school table top arcade. Fun for the polished concrete floors, painted brick walls and funky art. Fun for the let’s come together and smash out a 10,000 piece puzzle kin. Two more stylish bedrooms and bathroom fills out the ground floor. Heading out back is a private grassed courtyard, affectionately referred to as the compound. Plenty of space to spread out, catch some rays, wax up the boards or simply chill out and read a book.
Luana is a well-loved beach destination for all the right reasons. Atop this long list is that holidaying here is quite simple, and easy.
