The country house is prepared for 6 people. The house has a living area of 145 m² on a plot of 22000 m². The house is situated in a landscaped area of 4000 m². The rest of the plot is used as a paddock for horses during some months of the year. The country house has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. One bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom are on the upper floor, the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the ground floor. The living area is furnished with two comfortable sofas and a large coffee table, where you can spend a wonderful evening playing games. In addition, the house has satellite television, DVD and music equipment. International television programmes are available. In winter, you can get comfortable in front of the fireplace. Heating is also available (€1.15/litre). The kitchen offers all the amenities to prepare delicious meals. Here too, attention has been paid to the thoughtful details. A well-maintained garden with a private swimming pool (4m x 8m) that refreshes and plenty of seating and sun loungers invite you to spend unforgettable hours in the countryside. There are two beautiful covered terraces where you can have your meals or enjoy moments of relaxation and/or evenings in the living area. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a Bull brand barbecue for communal grilling fun. Additionally, there is a pool table in the house and for the outdoor area various games and a table tennis table for varied hours. There is ample parking space and the well-known white sand beach of "Playa de Muro" is just a few minutes’ drive away. The perfect property for wonderful and relaxing holidays.
