Amidst the beautiful Colombian forests, this villa is located in the luxurious Mesa de Yeguas Country Club, a place that exudes comfort and sophistication and enchants everyone in this tropical paradise. The villa was designed with an open concept design that allows the entry and circulation of both natural light and the tropical breeze of the region. The living room has a cosy decoration with wooden furniture produced with local architecture and combines with the tropical environment. The dining room has a clean and airy design with a large dining table with seating for 10 people. Its beautiful 4 suites provide a lot of comfort, all of them have access to the garden, cable TV and have the following arrangement: - Master suite: King size bed; - Suite 2: 4 single beds; - Suite 3: 4 single beds; - Suite 4: 4 single beds; Its outdoor area is spectacular and is the highlight of the house as it has a large infinity pool with comfortable sun loungers around it. The outdoor dining area has an excellent grill ready to prepare excellent meats for an outdoor meal with friends and family. Mesa de Yeguas is a true extension of the house as it has several activities such as tennis courts, a large golf course and a charming club with a restaurant. 24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
