From the living area you can access the beautiful 1st level, undercover deck area with Bbq and outdoor table with seating for 12 where you can listen to the sounds of the ocean or enjoy the spectacular sunrises over the bay. Also located on the first floor, you will find the Master bedroom, bunk room (4 x bunk) and separate toilet. The master bedroom features a king bed, Lcd TV, walk-in robe with cot and en suite with double vanity, walk-in-shower and toilet. The ground floor features a separate living area (large LCD, DVD) which opens out onto another magnificent deck area and fully fenced back yard (with hot water, outdoor shower) with lots of room for a game of backyard cricket. Even with a full house, there will be no queuing for the bathroom, with 2 x separate toilets on this level as well as a main family bathroom (with bath and stand-alone shower) and an additional shower room with vanity. The large modern laundry is also located on the ground level and provides all the essentials (front loader washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner), including indoor and outdoor clotheslines. The entire property features state of the art, zoned central heating and cooling, as well as complimentary wi-fi. The property also provides access to a remote controlled double garage with internal access to the property, with further room for several cars on site. Apollo Grand has been designed with kids in mind, you can relax and enjoy watching them play outside in the fully fenced backyard or inside with the toys, books or games that have been provided. Upstairs has a retractable baby gate, to allow the littlest in the family to roam free, as well as a cot (located in master bedroom), kids plates and cutlery and a high chair for use so you can pack a few less things.
