It’s centrally located - just a 10-minute walk to a popular public river beach, 5-minute drive to downtown Guerneville, 8 minutes to scenic Monte Rio, and 25 minutes to breathtaking views of the Sonoma coast at Jenner. Salmon House is full of family-friendly amenities! Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch behind 200 ft tall redwood trees, use the BBQ to make lunch and feast under the patio table umbrella, spend the evening hours around the outdoor fire pit, and take a soak in the hot tub while enjoying the night sky and forest. The house has 2 kayaks and a wagon for guest use so if you want to paddle the river or have a picnic without having to get in the car you can.

Guerneville is the perfect home base for all of your Russian River and Sonoma wine country adventures! Take a stroll through Armstrong Woods State Park, or spend the day hiking in the Austin Creek State Recreation Area. During the summer, enjoy swimming, boating, and recreation time at one of our many river beaches. It's just 20 minutes to the coast, 10 minutes to Russian River Valley tasting rooms, and very convenient to Santa Rosa and Healdsburg destinations. We've got great restaurants, and unique local shops. You'll love our little laid-back town under the redwood trees!
