Knee-Deep is a four bedroom, two bath beach cottage, located directly on Dauphin Island’s white sandy Gulf of Mexico beach. An original, authentic beach cottage with recent upgrades. This beach house has plenty of local character. Your family will be able to enjoy this unique house and its great Gulf and Bay views. You are literally ""on the beach"", with no street to cross, just steps to the Gulf. The master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the gulf side deck. Guest bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, Guest bedroom 3 has a full size bed, and the kids room has a children’s bunk and a duo bunk bed (double on the bottom and twin on top) Knee Deep features Gulf and Bay views from nearly every room, and an updated kitchen, completely outfitted with everything you will need for your beach vacation. Extra amenities include a Pack-n-Play and Highchair (bulky items available for use so that you do not need to travel with these items).

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
- 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
- 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
- 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
- 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
- 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
- 7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
- 8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
- 9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, $100 pet fee per dog applies.
