Situated in an elegant new building with only 8 luxury apartments, the property offers high-end finishes, a shared swimming pool (open from April 1 to November 1) with an amphibious chair, and private parking.
The apartment features two private terraces. The first is located at the entrance porch, furnished with outdoor seating, perfect for breakfast or a moment of relaxation with views of the communal gardens. Upon entering, you’ll find a bright living-dining room with a sofa, Smart TV, side table, and dining table for four. The second private terrace is accessed from the living room and offers outdoor furniture and views of the pool.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay.
The main bedroom includes a double bed (150 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobe, and direct access to the front terrace. The second bedroom, located near the entrance, has two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and a built-in wardrobe.
The spacious bathroom is adapted for guests with reduced mobility and features a walk-in shower.
The location is ideal, in one of Córdoba’s most exclusive residential areas, with a wide selection of restaurants, supermarkets, and leisure options. The historic centre is just 2 km away and can be easily reached by public transport, with a bus stop conveniently located nearby.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
