Sweet Retreat-- Mins to Columbia

HOT TUB IS CLOSED Look no further when looking for a place to stay in Columbia, South Carolina! Here at the Sweet Retreat, you can bask in the oasis that is our home all while being a stone’s throw away from Downtown Columbia! 5 mins to Riverbanks Zoo and Garden, 10 mins to Downtown Columbia, Canal and Riverwalk, University of South Carolina, and endless restaurants and shopping! Our home can sleep 12 guests and features a full kitchen, two dining areas, two living rooms, foosball table. We hope to host you! The hot tub is unfortunately currently out of commission. The Space: Guests will access the home with a code which will open the front door. The front foyer will welcome you into the home. You will walk through the front bedroom with tan chair on left of front entry to access the rest of the home. This bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Once through the front bedroom, you will see the main living room. NOTE: The first bedroom to the left is a converted living room, so it does not have as much privacy as a true bedroom, and you must walk through it to access the living area. Once in the living area, there are two sleeper sofas, a large SmartTV and so much natural light! To your right is a dining table with room for full kitchen with eat-in dining for 4. Main living room has two sleeper sofas . with the first dining area to the right (seats 6) A few steps up takes you to the den with hot tub, foozball table and two sleeper sofas in back of house Last bedroom bedroom has two queens with access to the backyard. Front bedroom features a king bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub. This bedroom leads into the the main living room. master bedroom has a queen and full bed, with a desk and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower and double sinks! This bathroom connects with the den. Our pet friendly home sits on a semi-private pond with a large yard and large porch with a charcoal grill. No Smoking, no Parties. Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay! The Neighborhood: Our home is in a residential area near Broad River Road. Getting Around: This home is located on the north side of West Columbia. Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
