Location is everything in this marvelous 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom home that sleeps up to twelve with two queen size pullout couches. Located only about 3-4 miles north of downtown Columbia, guests have ready access to restaurants, the Canal, University of South Carolina, the Riverbanks Zoo and Gardens, EdVenture Children’s Museum, and more! Our home also features a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals at home and a dining room that seats up to eight. We look forward to hosting you! The Space: The front door opens into the main living area with two pullout couches and Roku Smart TV. Located off the living room is full dining room with seating for eight, and beyond the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishes and silverware, and cookware. The master bedroom with King bed leads into the "kid room" with two bunk beds, and kids’ books and toys. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and there are two full bathrooms, one with tub and the other with walk-in shower. The "laundry room" with washer and dryer, open out to the new back deck with pergola, grill, and privacy fence perfect for grilling out and entertaining. Our pet and kid-friendly home features a fully fenced yard with privacy fence, outdoor entertaining area with new deck and pergola, and a charcoal grill. Perfect for business travelers and virtual learners alike with free Wifi and plenty of table space. Pet friendly with fee. No smoking, no parties. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire home and yard. Check-in instructions will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in once rental agreement has been signed and check-in information has been received. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay! The Neighborhood: Our home is located a little over three miles north of downtown Columbia in the Hyatt Park area of Columbia. It’s about a ten minute drive to downtown Columbia and USC and the canal walk area, and about a 15-20 minute drive to Fort Jackson if you’re in town visiting your soldier. Getting Around: This is a residential area so we recommend driving, just know that Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area as well. Not walkable. Driveway has enough room for two cars, street parking available. Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
