Urbanization located at the foot of the promenade of Playa Blanca and the villa is five (5) minutes walk from the Diving Center and Shopping and Leisure Center of "la Mulata" where there are Greek, Argentine, Italian and Spanish restaurants among others and the most famous and lively terrace-lounge in Playa Blanca "Marea".
Villa also located five minutes walk from the "la Mulata" Beach itself and the "despacio" Spa Center of the Rubicón Palace Hotel, with permitted access.
