Welcome Nao Malasaña - Gran Vía is an apartment created and designed for groups, for an optimal and comfortable stay where every detail is thought out.
It has different environments, a double room with a large bed and 42 "Smart TV, a second room with a double bed and 32" Smart TV and a third with bunk beds. In the dining room with 50 "Smart TV, there is capacity for up to 4 people to sleep, in an additional bunk bed and 1 double sofa bed, the kitchen open to the living room houses a wooden bar with 7 stools and is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine -Dryer, dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary utensils for your stay: Express 20 Bar coffee machine and classic aluminum coffee machine.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
