This apartment is located between Las Cortes and Plaza de Santa Ana, in a popular traffic-restricted street where you can enjoy nice walks and a charming local scenery. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, the Plaza de Las Cortes and the Royal Botanical Garden are a short 5-minute walk away. This area also offers a wide range of food options, from international cuisine to traditional quality tapas. Everyone can feel at home!
The apartment:
This apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful refurbished building provided with a spacious and modern lift suitable for disabled access. It is completely outward-facing and has 3 large balconies overlooking the street. Its interiors boast an elegant combination of bright colours, wood, carpets and curtains providing a warm and welcoming feel overall.
Tastefully decorated in a 1950’s inspired style, it comes with marble floors, radiant heating system, air-conditioning with home automation controller and excellent noise/thermal insulation, making this property a truly amazing luxury one.
With a double bedroom (150cm bed) and a double sofa bed in the living room, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The fully-fitted kitchen, right by the entrance, is spacious, functional and modern. The bathroom is accessed from the living room and comes with a shower.
The apartment is provided with washing machine, dishwasher and Internet.
The baby crib is subject to availability.

Its privileged location will allow you to move around easily and have the best that the city has to offer just a few steps away: culture, gastronomy, entertainment and much more.
We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. The property manager is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. The property manager is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
Works will be carried out in the storage rooms of the building, this will affect the apartments to the least possible extent. We apologise for the inconvenience.
