This apartment is located near (5-10 mins walk) to Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Kuala Lumpur Tower. You can also have a great view of KLCC (the top part) and KL Tower from SKY POOL. There are 2 train stations which only requires 3 mins walk 1) LRT-Dang Wangi Station & 2) Monorail-Bukit Nanas Station which is very convenient for you to travel around. The space The whole place if for yourself without sharing with other people for privacy. Our apartment comes with great facilities especially the SKY POOL and easy transport all over KL City. This apartment comes with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom which can accommodate 4-6 (max) people. It comes with 1 king size bed (for 2 persons) + 1 queen size bed (for 2 persons) + 2 single bed (for 5th and 6th person) based on the booking. Maximum 6 persons are allowed to stay in this apartment. Guest access Sky Swimming pool (KLCC (top part only) & KL Tower view) Gym Working Room Pool Room The above common areas are subjected to SOP and MCO/CMCO imposed by the Government of Malaysia. Each apartment booked will come with one free car park and other cars can go in via visitor lane which is subject to parking charges. Other things to note 1. Lost of Access Card & Keys - RM500. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and whole building. Penalty of RM300 will be imposed if found smoking smell in the room and common area. 3. Durian is strictly prohibited in the apartment and whole building. Penalty of RM300 will be imposed if there is any durian smell in the room. 4. Rubbish is NOT ALLOWED to placed anywhere outside the room. Rubbish need to be thrown at the refuse room (please refer to the map behind the main door). RM300 Penalty. 5. Wearing of mask is compulsory in the building and maximum of 4 person to be in the lift. RM300 6. Refundable Security Deposit of RM300 is required upon check in. Penalty of RM 300 will be imposed if found any violation of the above. Building Management Office have the rights to collect the penalty amount if found any violations. Security Deposit of USD111 to be collected upon arrival.
