The Bodensee Villa can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 12 people. The detached villa is very spacious with a total usable area of about 152 m2.
There are three floors. The basement has 3 bedrooms with two single beds each. There are also 2 bathrooms here of which 1 has a shower and washbasin and 1 has a bath, shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet too.
The ground floor consists of a welcoming living room with a sitting area and a dining area. The sitting area has a flat-screen TV, DVD player and radio/CD player. The fully equipped open kitchen has a gas hob, combination microwave and dishwasher. The balcony with outdoor furniture can be accessed from this room. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
