Urftsee Villa is luxury semi-detached house in Heimbach in Germany. This villa with three floors and a usable area of about 115 m2 can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. The basement has 2 bedrooms with two single beds. The patio can be accessed from one of the bedrooms. There is also a luxurious bathroom with a bath, shower, washbasin, toilet and your own private sauna. The welcoming living room on the ground floor has a dining area and a sitting area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and radio/CD player. The fully equipped open kitchen has a gas hob, combination microwave and dishwasher. The ground floor also has a separate toilet and a storage area. The balcony, equipped with outdoor furniture, can be accessed from the living room. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Two of the four bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. Naturally, free Wi-Fi is available in your accommodation and at the resort. You can park your car at the main car park a short walk away. The location is not suitable for people in a wheelchair. The villas are built on a slope and therefore not suitable or less suitable for people who have difficulties walking. Most of the apartments and facilities are accessible by a lift and are also suitable for people who have difficulties walking. The layout of the apartment or holiday home may differ.
