Urftsee Villa is luxury semi-detached house in Heimbach in Germany. This villa with three floors and a usable area of about 115 m2 can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
The basement has 2 bedrooms with two single beds. The patio can be accessed from one of the bedrooms. There is also a luxurious bathroom with a bath, shower, washbasin, toilet and your own private sauna.
The welcoming living room on the ground floor has a dining area and a sitting area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and radio/CD player. The fully equipped open kitchen has a gas hob, combination microwave and dishwasher. The ground floor also has a separate toilet and a storage area. The balcony, equipped with outdoor furniture, can be accessed from the living room.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
