Curl up after a day of outdoor fun to watch your favorite show and warm up in front of the gas fireplace. The comfortable couch pulls out into a queen-sized sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress. Additional linens are in a closet. The homeowner has provided a selection of games and books for your enjoyment. The spacious private balcony is just off the living area offering fresh mountain air and mountain views. The full-sized kitchen features granite countertops and is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and the breakfast bar seats three. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and it has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a seating area near the window. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a skylight.
