This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 5 with a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and twin Murphy bed. It features an updated kitchen and mountain views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you’re a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.
The entryway offers a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a twin-sized Murphy bed that can be pulled down at night for an additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers mountain views.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The modern dining are can seat six at the table or breakfast bar. The full bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV.
You’re welcome to enjoy the electric grill on the back patio! To get started, simply pull the extension cord from the rear compartment of the grill, thread it through the opening, and plug it into the outlet beside the living room door (the east-side outlet is not functional). After you’ve finished grilling, please allow the unit to cool fully, then slide out and empty the drip tray from the back opening. Don’t forget to neatly roll up the cord and return it to its compartment, and cover the grill before you leave. Thanks for helping us keep everything tidy and ready for the next guest!
