Deer Run Retreat Part of the amenity-rich Coosawattee River Resort, this modern cabin is perfect for friends and family. Sip morning coffee on the picture-perfect front porch or curl up with a good book in the sunroom. Host a cookout on the patio then gather round the firepit as the stars come out! Open and inviting, the three-level layout provides all the comforts of home. Relax and restore in one of four plush bedrooms, or kick back in the loft (open to the great room below). Central AC and a private washer/dryer add convenience to your stay. Vaulted ceilings soar in the spacious great room and plush primary suite. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and lots of handy extras. Cozy up by the gas fireplace for movie nights or board games with the whole group. Located off the Eagle Mountain Gate, the Coosawattee Rec Center provides family-friendly amenities like an all-season pool, gym, and miniature golf! The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments. The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only. Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
