There’s an inviting living area with dual sofas and a TV, an adjacent formal dining room, and a cozy kitchen appointed with all the essential appliances. There are lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy as well a treelined yard with a picnic table and a firepit and a wraparound deck that’s accessed from the secondfloor landing. In the evenings, as the day’s clothes spin in the private washerdryer, you can retire to one of four bedrooms all with TVs and two with walkin closets. THINGS TO KNOW Dogs must be on a leash when outside in the HOA community and at the park, other facilities, and the lake area. They are not allowed on the lake beach per HOA rules. The wood stove is nonoperational. Fishing at the lake is permitted. Guest are required to have a beach badge provided whome rental and a Pennsylvania Fishing license for persons over the age of 16.
