You will love the quietness this home provides while still being one mile away from the heart of Crestline. Wake up to memorable views of the forest no matter where you are. Spend sunny evenings grilling on the patio and then dining al fresco at the six-person outdoor dining table.
Upon entering this beautifully designed and appointed home, you will first encounter a family room and living area, both furnished with comfortable sofas. The first space would be ideal for family gatherings and to plan your next adventures, while the living space would be perfect for gatherings that include streaming everyone’s favorite series or movies on the smart TV with cable or playing board games while the wood-burning fireplace keeps everyone nice and warm during the winter months. On the opposite side of this level is the fully appointed, eat-in kitchen with wonderful appliances that will make cooking a breeze and a six-person dining table. From here guests can easily access the back patio and the pantry with a washer/dryer. A full bathroom with a standalone shower can be found on this level as well.
All four bedrooms are located on the upper level along with a full bathroom with double vanity and a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms are the same with the exception of two - one featuring a desk and a desk chair and the other one offering access to a small deck. Popular nearby attractions include Heart Rock, Lake Gregory Regional Park, Pillars of God, and Snow Valley Mountain Resort.
