Welcome to this Modern and family friendly Beachfront Condominium in Chicxulub Puerto, located at km 8, so only a few km East from Progreso. A private retreat, with only 16 apartments, 2 on each floor, yet so close to Chicxulub Puerto Centro and even Progreso. Its private location guarantees the relaxation our guests are looking for, and it will surely recharge their batteries and help them get rid of the toxins and feel free again. The Space: This modern and full Ocean views condo is located on the 6th floor and it has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 double, 1 double) + 1 maid room or ’cuarto de servicio’ in Spanish, each one of them with a full ensuite bathroom, plus an extra guest toilet. The photos don’t serve it well, and you will agree to this statement only when you are inside this unit and breath in the fresh air while breathing out all the city toxins. The property was furnished and equipped for the use of its owners’ family, thus offering high quality furnishings and ammenities and it is family oriented and family friendly, including pets being allowed. There is a large washer/dryer unit, and also a dishwasher, which is a rare find in Yucatán. The Condominium has 24hrs security staff and private parking lot, with 2 parking spots assigned to each apartment. Guest Access: The Guests will have access to the whole property, except for a locked closet with personal stuff. Interaction with Guests: Marina, your dedicated Concierge, will be just a phone call away, she will greet you in person and will be there for your check-out. The Neighborhood: Chicxulub Puerto is a quiet fishermen village and the neighbourhood consists of beachfront villas and very small convenience stores and local restaurants. No building sites, night clubs or commercial places, no noise polution. Street food is even cheaper than you might think and it is delicious. Getting Around: If you don’t want to rent a car, you can simply use Uber and Uber Eats or take long walks. However, we do recommend renting a car. Other things to note: Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC. Please notice we only provide 1 water jug, toilet paper and clean towels at your arrival, also we leave extra garbage bags at the bottom of each garbage bin, after you finish those, you can buy more at any convenience store.
