Driving to the beach takes about 20 minutes, driving to the Centro takes about 10 minutes and walking to The Harbor Shopping Mall, one of the largest malls in Mérida takes about 4 minutes crossing the Park of the Complex. The Space: The unit 206 is located on the 2nd floor of Torre Oceana and it is viewing the swimming pool and the lush Tropical garden of Oceana. The property offers amazing, luxury furniture, highest quality amenities and furnishings, all being the work of a very talented architect with attention to details. All the space is celebrating the beauty of Yucatán in general and especially Mérida, the yucatecan traditions and culture, that you will admire through the decorative framed photos on the walls. The Master bedroom has a King Size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a TV set and a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a large Jack and Jill bathroom, and there is also a guest toilet located behind the kitchen. There is high speed fiber optic internet, with +100 Mbps download speed and +60 Mbps upload speed. There are 2 assigned parking spots. The unit also has a water softening and purifying system, so no need to bring bottled water, and a laundry room, all for your comfort. Guest Access: Our guests shall have access to all the rooms and all the common areas, that include: the swimming-pool, the multi-purpose Saloon, the Central Park with all its areas, such as the Picnic Area, the Playground, the barbeque area, the lake, etc. Interaction with Guests: Marina, your dedicated Concierge, will be just a phone call away, she will greet you in person and will be there for your check-out. The Neighborhood: The neighbourhood is high-end residential and commercial, you will need a car or an Uber, but you could also walk to The Harbor and use the Public transportation to the Centro. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk to The Harbor. Getting Around: Getting around is very easy, with or without a car. If you don’t want to rent a car, you may choose to walk either to The Harbor or to the main Avenue and pick up a Taxi, an Uber or the Public transportation. Or you may ask the Frontdesk staff to help you by ordering one. Other things to note: Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC. Please notice we only provide 1 water jug, toilet paper and clean towels at your arrival, also we leave extra garbage bags at the bottom of each garbage bin, after you finish those, you can buy more at any convenience store.
