Sleeping up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms, the house is set over five large floors and benefits from a sauna, gym, cocktail bar and private garden.
Guests will be greeted upon entering by the grand staircase and sumptuous dining and sitting rooms. Their fireplaces being the focal point of the room and the furnishings as grand as the building in which they sit. It includes dark wooden floors throughout and is illuminated by several antique chandeliers hanging from the high ceilings.
The kitchen, gym, sauna, family room and a bedroom can be found on the lower ground floor. The kitchen boasts modern equipment to satisfy any cook, including sleek onyx countertops and two ovens and built-in fridge and freezer. It leads to several reception rooms, including a forest green dining room welcoming plenty of light and which can see a minimum of ten people.
The master bedroom is a wonderful space in which to enjoy a sound night\’s sleep. Its adjoining bathroom has an impressive marble bathtub, an Italian shower and his-and-hers sinks. To the rear is a spacious dressing room with ample wardrobe storage. The master suite occupies the entire floor providing both privacy and space.
The top floor has two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a third, smaller bedroom ideal for the children, a nanny or staff.
The cocktail bar is perfectly situated to the entrance to the Italianate Garden and with its south-west facing aspect and furniture makes it the perfect oasis in which to sit out in.
Both Marylebone and St John\’s Wood. Baker Street Underground Station (Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines) is within a 10 minute stroll away, providing swift access to the rest of the City.
