City of Big Bear Lake STR Permit VRR-2023-0108 * Max occupancy -16 people, 14 Adults Maximum. * Parking Details: Max of 6 cars on-site. (Does not have garage access) *Quiet hours (10pm-7am). *No speakers or sound systems allowed. *No parties or events allowed at any given time. * Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. * Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation. * Pets must be pre-approved in advance. (Not all of our homes are pet friendly) All pets are subject to an additional fee of $125 per pet IF the home is pet friendly and has been approved. * If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations’ approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet. * This is a smoke-free property (No smoking or vaping inside or outside, video monitoring enforcement.) Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. It is prohibited by law that any kind of open fire whatsoever. You are allowed to use what is provided for you. Live check-ins are required for all our Big Bear homes, and you will be asked to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay. (5 min) A feature-rich cabin with quality decor, in-floor radiant heating throughout, a kitchen made for chefs with an 8-burner stove, and hardwood and tile floors.
