Big Bear Lake STR Permit 2023-0873 * Per city permit This home can accommodate up to 14 people, 10 Adults Maximum. *Disclosure* There is construction going on next door. * Parking Details: Max of 3 cars on-site. (Does have garage access) *Quiet hours (10pm-7am). *No speakers or sound systems allowed. *No parties or events allowed at any given time. * Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. * Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation. * Pets must be pre-approved in advance. (Not all of our homes are pet friendly) All pets are subject to an additional fee of $125 per pet IF the home is pet friendly and has been approved. * If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations’ approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet. * This is a smoke-free property (No smoking or vaping inside or outside, video monitoring enforcement.) Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. It is prohibited by law that any kind of open fire whatsoever. You are allowed to use what is provided for you. Live check-ins are required for all our Big Bear homes, and you will be asked to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay. (5 min) Just a 9-minute walk from the village on a quiet cul de sac rests this 3000 square foot Lakefront beauty featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 64 feet of water frontage, there is a 4th bedroom that it is getting permitted by the city of Big Bear Lake. The home features multiple entertaining areas, both indoor and out, a fully stocked kitchen and a game room. We welcome you to enjoy the sunrise from the private dock or relax in the evening in the wind-protected 7-seater hot tub or at the fire pit. This home features 3 bedrooms with King beds, including the en suite Primary bedroom and a “Sunrise Bunk House” that sleeps an additional 7, designed with kids in mind. Amenities include a Ping Pong Table, Dual A/C, 2 fireplaces, lighted boat dock, flat lot with a paver drive. Mountain Transit’s new Free Big Bear Trolley service is here!  Three convenient routes (Red, Blue, Gold) take riders to most of the visitor attractions and amenities in Big Bear, including the ski resorts, Boulder Bay, The Village, Supermarkets, and the Airport.  For the first time, public transit will serve the Big Bear Airport on a scheduled route.  This transportation service will offer convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors and help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley.
