Located on a picturesque Ti-tree block and within a very easy stroll to the Sorrento front bay beach, this house is a great holiday destination!
Pets welcome (Please note that while the property is fenced it is not fully secure for dogs. There is a section at the rear of the property that has low wire fencing) , a two-level beach house with a relaxing elevated front deck, outdoor furniture which is readily accessed from the large bi-fold doors that open up to the dining, lounge, and kitchen area. The kitchen also has a large servery straight out onto a fabulous second upstairs deck area. The open plan design and the seamless indoor/outdoor living zones gives this property a lovely sense of space and style!
The upstairs living area includes a modern kitchen with large gas oven and burners, dining/lounge area with television/dvd, Foxtel Now Streaming Service, WiFi, Gas log fire, reverse cycle air-conditioning plus a large outdoor deck area, accessed by large bi-fold doors that give a wonderful open feel and BBQ. The backyard is fully fenced for the kids to run around and play or for your four-legged family members (Please note that while the property is fenced it is not fully secure for dogs. There is a section at the rear of the property that has low wire fencing)
