Quarterdeck is a fabulous place to retreat anytime. It has a wonderful sense of privacy and is only a few minutes walk to the beautiful Shelley Beach, where you will find a great place to swim and soak up the sun without all the crowds. In the winter curl up on one of the large comfy lounges and stare into the flames of the fire. It is perfectly appointed and would suit families or a group of friends who want a relaxed place to take a break. There is also uniqueness to Quarterdeck in that its position and outlook are very rustic and have a sense of being out in the wilderness. It is surrounded by beautiful trees and has a park adjoining the property so there is an overwhelming feeling of space and natural beauty.
*Living & Dining *
The fantastic floor plan gives a feeling of space, yet is nice and intimate at the same time. The Lounge room is what you would expect when you’re having a break from your everyday routine. Lovely large couches to curl up on and watch TV or just sit back, relax, and enjoy the fire on those colder nights. It truly is a wonderful space. A few steps away and you enter the open plan kitchen/living & dining area. Another great space to entertain or sit back and watch TV, listen to some music, or sit around the kitchen bench to have a quiet drink. The kitchen is well equipped and has a fabulous outlook over the front of the property and the park. Complimented by a gorgeous old dining room table, which caters to 6 guests. Adjacent you will find the laundry complete with a washing machine and dryer. For the lovers of the outdoors, you will find an outdoor dining setting for 8 guests, in an idyllic setting surrounded by lush vegetation. Perfect for those balmy summer nights, having a BBQ or a couple of drinks with family and friends.
