You can either sit out under the roof veranda and enjoy the view of the full-size tennis court or enjoy the sunny aspect of the ultra-large rear entertaining deck area. It really is sublime! Lanoma is an ideal beach house for a weekend of tennis with friends or a cozy winter retreat in front of the open fire. This beach house is located at the end of a cul de sac and backs onto a picturesque reserve offering the ultimate in privacy and seclusion.
* Living and Dining *
This property offers ample living space with a large open plan Living/Dining/Kitchen area, that overlooks the tennis court, swimming pool, and alfresco area. The Living area is bright with lots of natural light and comes with an open fire and an 8 seater dining setting. Adjacent to the open plan living area is a large deck area with BBQ and a huge outdoor setting that seats up to 12 people. This north facing sunny area is ideal for entertaining or can be used as an additional dining area. On the adjacent side and again off the living room, are additional French doors that open onto the veranda and then flow onto the tennis court.
* Bed and Bath *
Lanoma offers 3 bedrooms and sleeps 7 guests, or 8 guests if the additional trundle is requested (suitable for use by children only and is an additional hire fee of $ 55 per stay)
Bedroom 1 - the Master bedroom suite has a lovely aspect with French doors that open onto the veranda. It is configured with a stunning ensuite, walk-in robe, and has a Queen size bed.
Bedroom 2 - has a Queen size bed and built-in robe
Bedroom 3 - has a Double size bed and a Single bed ( Trundle bed is available on request only for those wanting to sleep an additional child)
There is a spacious central bathroom which has a separate bath and shower.
Linen, pool, and bath towels are provided, also the beds will be made up for your arrival.
