Bedroom one consists of 1 x Super King bed, TV including Foxtel, and stunning ensuite. Bedroom 2 consists of 1 x Queen bed and Bedroom 3 consists of 1 x set of Bunks. All rooms are tastefully decorated and have built-in robes. A central modern bathroom offering guests the opportunity to sit back and totally unwind in the spa bath.
Other features include access to Koonya Apartments communal indoor pool and spa* (managed by the Body Corporate at the Koonya complex) . Open subject to Body Corporate availability)
Heating and air conditioning throughout, and car parking for 2 cars - one car park outside the apartment and another in the underground secure car park.

Also Note: The pool is heated up to 23 degrees only. As the pool is part of the complex and managed by the body corporate, if there are any issues with it throughout your stay, unfortunately compensation cannot be provided to guests.
