This has to be one of the most private and cutest holiday houses in Blairgowrie - great value too! Just Beachy is a fabulous place to retreat and relax anytime - and bring your pet along! Ideally located between the back and front beach and just a short walk to Blairgowrie Village shops, cafes, and restaurants. Just Beachy is beautifully presented and has a wonderful sense of privacy. It is perfectly appointed and would suit a family or a group of friends who want a relaxed place to take a break! * Living and Dining * The combined Kitchen/Dining/Living room is open plan and what you would expect when you are away having a break from the everyday routine. The kitchen has a lovely modern design, including Bosch appliances. The Dining and Living area is a wonderful space with lovely furniture and a beautiful Coonara fireplace for those colder nights. Plus it has the latest entertainment gear, including TV/DVD and sound system, to make your stay a home away from home and a memorable one. It truly is a wonderful space. Then you step outside and you are treated to the alfresco entertaining area, which overlooks the beautiful garden and private backyard & outdoor shower. Complimented with an outdoor setting for 8 guests and a gas BBQ. A great haven for entertaining or relaxing after a great day at the beach or playing with your pet! * Bed and Bath * Just Beachy comfortably sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and a lovely modern ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 x Single beds, also a Trundle to accommodate a 7th guest if required. All rooms are tastefully decorated, with garden views and ceiling fans. A central bathroom including a bath compliments the remaining bedrooms. Just Beachy is a terrific beach house, in a fantastic location offering privacy and tranquility! Other features include central heating, laundry with washing machine, split system air-conditioning in main living area and an outdoor shower! Plus fully fenced backyard and front yard, make this property ideal for kids and pets. All linen and bath towels are provided. Also, beds will be made up for your arrival. Pets: Pets are welcome at this property but must abide by our terms and conditions. Pets are not permitted in bedrooms, carpeted areas, on furniture or beds. Charges apply for bringing pets (an additional $15 per pet, per night of your stay). Please advise us at the time of booking, or prior to arrival, if you are bringing a pet with you.
