The upstairs living zone is definitely the highlight of the property with magnificent bay views, stunning open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, gorgeous coastal style decor, polished timber floors, state of the art kitchen boasting a stone waterfall island bench with 5 bar stools, and an extendable dining setting for 8 - 12 guests depending on your needs. Gorgeous open fireplace with a stone surround, comfy modular lounges, television, and sound system.
This flows out onto the outdoor deck/alfresco dining area via glass bi-fold doors, creating an illusion of seamlessness between indoor/outdoor living zones. Truly an entertainers haven, simply sit back with a drink and savour the view or cook up a storm on the barbeque, complete with an outdoor setting for 8-10 guests.
