This is a perfect holiday house for those wanting a modern, pet friendly home with fully fenced yard nestled into the dune reserve on the beach. *Accommodation Details* The house is light-filled and airy, offering 5 large bedrooms and open plan living with 3 separate lounges, including a TV room upstairs. There is a sunny, north facing, outdoor covered patio which overlooks the solar heated magnesium lap pool, built-in day bed, BBQ and fully fenced, pet friendly yard. The expansive, fully ducted air-conditioned, 2-storey home has 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. This home can accommodate up to 11 guests comfortably. *Bedrooms and Bathrooms* Upstairs Master Bedroom 1 - King bed with ensuite and private covered deck with outdoor lounge to escape with a book and listen to the surf Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Queen bed Bedroom 4 - Tri-bunk bed (double and single bunk) Main bathroom with bath, shower & separate toilet. Downstairs: Bedroom 5 - Queen bed Powder room - toilet. *Kitchen* Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and European appliances including dishwasher, gas stovetop, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee pod machine. *Entertainment and Living Spaces* The open plan lounge and dining provides a refreshingly inviting space to kick back and enjoy time with friends or family. The interior living opens up completely to connect to the covered outdoor dining area with the pool and BBQ, great for those relaxed moments. We allow up to 2 small indoor pets OR 1 med-large outdoor pet - standard pet fees apply. *Location* The Green House is a beachfront home located just under 6km south of Coolum Beach at Mt Coolum, in an exclusive enclave called The Boardwalk. There is a nearby supermarket, with local shops within convenient walking distance of the house. This relaxed beachside township with its pristine surf beaches is located 20 minutes south of Noosa and 20 minutes North of Maroochydore and Mooloolaba. The hinterland towns of Maleny, Mapleton and Monteville are a 45-minutes scenic drive away. The famous Eumundi Markets and Steve Irwin’s Australia Zoo are accessible by regular tour buses or private vehicles. For the nature enthusiasts, there are amazing activities on the beach and the water, including snorkeling, diving, surfing and stand up paddle boarding. Or, you can make use of the gorgeous bushland in the many national parks surrounding the area, including the ‘must-do’ sunrise walk up Mount Coolum. The Sunshine Coast is home to many athletic events, especially triathlons, and the surrounds are the perfect settings for running, swimming and cycling, with paths that connect the majority of the coastline. *Rates* Rates include all household linen and standard departure clean.
