Reflections at Sunset Beach, Soldiers Point is a newly renovated, 5-bedroom waterfront house with expansive water views of the bay and Soldiers Point Marina.
If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, Reflections at Sunset Beach is the place to be. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, SUP boarding, fishing or just having a glass of bubbles on the balcony while watching for dolphins swim by and spectacular sunsets. If you would like to dabble in a more adventurous activity, there is plenty to choose from in the local area including quad biking, camel rides, kite surfing, shark and ray encounters, hiking to the top of Mt Tomaree and so much more.
Reflections at Sunset Beach is an easy 100m walk to Soldiers Point Marina, which offers state-of-the-art mooring facilities, or you can drive your boat to the boat ramp only 750m away. At the marina you’ll find lovely cafes and restaurants including The Point, The Deck Cafe and The Boat Shed Cafe, or you can enjoy some fresh succulent local oysters and sweet prawns from Holberts, the local oyster farm.
This property has a stunning grand entrance leading upstairs to the open plan living and dining area, which comfortably accommodate 10 guests in each space and boasts fabulous water views and a Smart TV with WiFi, plus ducted air-conditioning (for the top floor) and a wood burning fireplace for the colder seasons. The indoor living leads out onto a generous undercover balcony with another dining setting for you to enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful view.
The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation such as a coffee pod machine, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and lots of bench space. You’ll be cooking in style with the panoramic views and luxury appliances.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and a luxurious ensuite with a spacious shower and toilet, plus stunning water views. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a single bed and a trundle. The main bathroom upstairs has a deep, luxe tub, a large shower and a toilet.
If the weather stops you from venturing outdoors, you can enjoy the amazing, air-conditioned games room downstairs - enjoy a cool drink from the bar and a game of snooker while you watch the game on the big TV! This area opens right up to another alfresco dining area with a gas BBQ, just metres from the water’s edge.
The ground floor is also where you’ll find the fourth bedroom with a queen bed, the fifth bedroom which offers a queen and a single bed, and a third bathroom featuring another gorgeous bathtub, shower and toilet. The laundry has a 4th toilet as well as a washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
A brand new 6 person spa has just been installed on the ground floor in the garden, with the water tested and checked weekly.
Parking for 4 vehicles is available with a double garage plus off-street parking. There is also street parking available.
