The Location - Maggie Mae is less than one kilometre to the picturesque Shoal Bay Beach, the Shoal Bay boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, essentials and the iconic Shoal Bay Country Club. It is also just a ten minute walk to Box Beach or Tomaree Headland with stunning views from the summit. Nelson Bay is only five minutes drive away with d’Albora Marina where you’ll find restaurants and shops, as well as family activities such as cruises and ferries to Tea Gardens.
The House - This beautifully presented two level house has an open plan design and ducted air throughout. The lower level has the main living area with Smart TV and dining area leading to a gourmet kitchen with large cooktop, oven, microwave, breville coffee pod machine, double fridge/freezer and plenty of bench space. Also downstairs are two bedrooms, each with a king bed a brand new designer bathroom with double vanity and two shower/s and toilet.
The upper level offers a second living area with a TV and the remaining bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, balcony access and a huge ensuite with shower and bath. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, the fifth bedroom has a queen bed and the sixth bedroom has bunk beds.
The backyard is ideally set up for both adults and children with an outdoor kitchen (Weber BBQ, sink and wine fridge), plenty of seating, a firepit with extra seating. Brand new cinema room perfect for watching a movie, cricket or the football Also a new inground swimming pool with outdoor lounges.
There is an internal laundry with washer and dryer and a double lockup garage plus driveway parking for another car or the boat. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

- Linen is provided at this property and beds will be made ready for your arrival. (except for bunk beds where linen will be supplied but bunk beds will not made)
