The ground floor lounge has air-conditioning while upstairs has a ceiling fan, and both have a TV and lounge so if you’re staying with kids, everyone has a chance to chill out comfortably in their own space. Come together on the ground floor to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen that you enjoy in the dining room, or sit back in the covered outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ and cool drink, and enjoy the landscaped, fenced courtyard. This floor also offers a laundry with a washing machine and ironing facilities, as well as a powder room. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan and either walk-in or built-in robe.
