The garage has sealed floors and can be used for either one or two cars or neither and simply enjoyed as a games room. Leaving the car out front will allow you to enjoy the Table Tennis table, custom built wet area for boards and wetsuits along with ample space for bikes, scooters and all your toys. Up top is the open plan kitchen dining and lounge which opens out to a west facing balcony area with a ripping 4 burner gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Ocean views from this level allow you to pick your tides for a beach run. Surf Central literally has the town on its doorstep. Beach, shops, restaurants and supermarket are all within a short stroll. Relative to most apartments in town, Surf Central also has a great sense of privacy and is insulated from the hustle of the main drag.
