Fantastic restaurants and shops are just steps away, as well as the St. Simons fishing pier, Neptune Park, and historic Property Manager. Photos are representative of the unit - all units are furnished and decorated the same. MORE INFO Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can’t host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as ’vicious’, please ask if you’re not sure. No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general. Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
