Itylldoo is a dreamer’s private retreat to reflect, relax and reset. Everything here at Itylldoo is designed with a slow pace and peace in mind. You will see amazing sunrises to the East and stunning sunsets to the West. THE SPACE Itylldoo is an expansive estate boasting 6 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, which sleeps up to 14 guests comfortably. This home has been designed with beach front views from every room in the house. On the main level is your private fully equipped gym, with a full bathroom and steam room to accommodate up to 8-people. Elevator is accessible to all floors. The kitchen is fully equipped for larger groups and a gas grill is for your use on the ground level. Parking is not an issue, as we can accommodate 10-cars easily in the motor court and possibly more. Most enjoyable is the 100 ft beach front with private beach deck and pool. Note that beaches on this stretch of the island are tide-dependent - accessible at low to mid tide only. Whether family vacation, romantic get-a-way or corporate retreat, Itylldoo is the right choice. Layout of Itylldoo: Stairs and all levels accessible with Elevator. Main level (2nd floor) - Living area, Screen porch, Kitchen, Sun room, Full size washer/dryer off the Kitchen. - Bedroom #1 with Queen, ensuite bathroom with combo tub/shower. - Bedroom #2 with King, ensuite combo jetted tub/shower. - Bedroom #3 with Full, en suite bathroom with shower and private entrance from ground level. 2nd level (3rd floor) - Bedroom #4 with 2-Queens, ensuite bathroom, combo tub/shower. - Bedroom #5 with King, ensuite bathroom, combo jetted tub/shower. - Bedroom #6 with Queen, ensuite bathroom with shower. Stacked washer/dryer and end of all for your use. 32" TV’s in all bedrooms and Sunroom, Large Screen TV in Family Room A starter supply of paper products, soap, dish and laundry detergent is provided. The pool and spa can optionally be heated in winter/spring/fall seasons for a fee of $50 per night. As they are connected, the spa is not heated independently of the pool. Please note, Itylldoo is not a wedding/event venue; event hosting is not allowed at Itylldoo. This is strictly enforced. Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby Property Manager, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you’ll find the St. Simons Property Manager and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater. MORE INFO Pets: This is not a pet friendly home. Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $50/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you’d like to heat the pool! Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant. No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
