THE SPACE
As you enter the home, you are greeted by a true southern style screened in porch with brick flooring and ocean views. There is plenty of outdoor seating with swing, dining table for 10 and a couple of rocking chairs. Once you enter the home into the family room, there is a comfortable space with a queen sleeper sofa for the early riser in your group, gas log fireplace for decoration only and a piano. Off the family room is an additional sitting area with wet bar. To the left of the family room is a large dining room with seating for 8 people, which opens into a fully equipped kitchen with Subzero refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, place setting for twelve guests. In the back of the home is another generous size sunroom with TV and games. Here you can access the private back yard with deck, hot and cold water outdoor shower, and gas grill. There is a washer and dryer for your use on the main level. Centrally located downstairs is a full bathroom.
Upstairs on the landing, just outside the master suite, is a sitting room with coffee bar and access to the upper level covered porch with an ocean and beach view and a wonderful swing. There is a KING size bed. The master bath has two sinks with step in shower. If you have a long stay, there is a walk in master closet.
Just down the hall is a half bath and a full bathroom with tub/shower for guest bedrooms. Bedroom sleeping arrangements include a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two twin size beds and another bedroom with a King size bed and twin with twin trundle.
The pool is 12ft x 24ft with a shallow end (3ft) and 5ft deep end.
Parking is easy, depending on the size of your cars, there is enough room for up to five automobiles.
You are just one block to the beach access at 5th Street. ½ mile to the Village with Shops, Restaurants, Bars and Pier.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby Property Manager, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you’ll find the St. Simons Property Manager and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can’t host breeds known to insurance carriers as ’vicious’, please ask if you’re not sure.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can’t host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.
